Christopher Suranna

Licensed in DC, MD and VA Chris has been selling Real Estate since 2004. He has expertise working with both Buyers and Sellers at all price ranges.  Working almost 100% by referral he enjoys working with 1st Time Home Buyers and clients relocating to the Metro DC Area.  An award winning agent, Chris has been a Top Producer every year since entering the real estate profession.  Always seeking out new opportunities to grow Chris recently was certified as a Short Sale Specialist and has assisted many clients from falling into foreclosure.
Having moved to the area over 20 years ago from Connecticut he has worked for a number of insurance and software development companies as a corporate trainer and project manager. In his spare time he enjoys traveling around the world exploring new cultures and cuisines.


James Downing

A native of Michigan, Jim sought out the metro DC area to launch his Real Estate career.  Now a DC resident, he utilizes his 20 years of knowledge from the business world of working in sales and marketing to quickly form his own business with a strong foundation in customer advocacy.  New and returning clients appreciate his knowledgeable yet candid approach to their real estate needs.  Jim has won many Sales Awards as well as awards for Innovation.  He is also a graduate of the Real Estate Institute and an Accredited Buyers Representative as well as a Certified Relocation Specialist.

Holding three Real Estate Licenses, Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia, Jim works around the beltway with buyers and sellers.  His clients include buyers and sellers from all walks of life, including many 1st-Time Home-buyers, Military and Corporate executives relocating.

In his spare time he supports charities such as Habitat for Humanity and the Washington Animal Rescue League; and can often be found walking around Logan or Dupont Circle with his Beagle-mix dog, Riley.

 

John Peters

John, A Washington DC resident for 12 years, is a licensed Realtor in DC, Maryland and Virginia.  Having lived in Alexandria, Dupont Circle, Chinatown, Adams Morgan and now in the Columbia Heights/16th Street Heights area, John has his finger on the pulse of the real estate market and all that the city has to offer potential home buyers.

Working primarily through referrals, John enjoys guiding 1st Time Home buyers through a process that seems daunting at times; but educates his clients and tries to make the experience fun and as stress-free as possible.

Likewise for home sellers, John uses his knowledge of the local market to ensure the home is priced to move and marketed to reach buyers from across town to across the world.

Outside of work, John spends time traveling (28 countries and counting) and exploring DC's ever-growing and fantastic restaurant scene with his partner, Jonathan.
